RETURN POLICY:
All exchanges/returns must be pre-approved by TheCeramicBlade and you must obtain a return authorization number and return instructions before shipping items back. Please do not return any product without a Return Authorization number (RA#). Products returned to us without an RA# will incur an additional $15 handling charge. You can request a return authorization within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping is at buyers expense. Authorized returns are for an exchange or refund based on the following:

Unopened Boxes: Unopened shipping boxes may be returned for an exchange or a refund less original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee based upon original item purchase price will apply. This means that the merchandise must be in the factory sealed shipping box with the original seal unbroken. Shipping is non-refundable. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is given or exchange granted.
Unused Opened Boxes: Brand new and unused opened boxes may be returned for refund less original shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee based upon original item purchase price will apply. Opened merchandise includes opening of the factory sealed shipping box. Shipping is non-refundable. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is given.
Used Opened Boxes: Used merchandise may not be returned for exchange or refund. We fully support our customers as is reasonable. Please contact us with any questions.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt from the shipping carrier. If an item is received with any damage, please Contact Us directly to report the damage so that we may assist. Do not contact the shipping carrier or initiate any damage claims prior to contacting us. We must be contacted (Contact Us) within 7 days following receipt of any damaged items in order to assist. Ensure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, packing material, etc.), as the shipping carrier may return to inspect the package.
